I often get asked what I use to power three companies and be as productive as possible. Well, it’s all about using the right tool. What is right for me is always a tool that is easy to use by everyone, integrated with other services and customizable.

Part of being productive yourself is to empower your team to always have the resources they need. I write absolutely everything I do in Notion. We use it for HR, documentation, databases, contacts, meeting notes and more!

We use everything at Github. This is where we host all of our applications but we also use Github Projects to manage, and automate our task management.

Prototyping is the key to turn ideas into a real product. Using our own design token system, we are able to craft amazing UIs very quickly with Figma. They have a ton of widgets and tools to also make it easier for a dev team to handle code integrations.

Previously “Integromat”, Make,com makes it extremely easy for everyone (with no coding experience) to automate tools to speak and work together. Example? Our customer chats are route to Slack, we update Github issues automatically, we use Notion databases to gather data and trigger notifications. Highly recommended!!
